In the Indian culture, you are often ostracized for living life on your own terms.

This pic reminded me of the times rumors were spread about me, because I tried to live life on my terms. The gossip, the way the conversations would die when I entered the room....haha been through it all. Its funny now, but not when I was going through. Takes me back to the "opinion on my life" pic

The sad part is my parents took a lot of blame because of my decisions. Broke my heart.
